"If we check-out, (die) when we stop breathing, why
would we consider ourselves fully alive when
breathing incorrectly?"
Think about the above statement for a few moments .As you pondered the statement, what came up for you? Did you immediately begin to notice how you were breathing, that is correct
or incorrect breathing? Do you know that "Breathing" is one of the three essentials of the Wellness Energy Input System? What is correct Breathing? What is incorrect breathing?
Hello & Welcome to my Wellness Blog!
What are the additional two (2) essentials of the Wellness Energy Input System?
They are Sensing and Eating. But for this post we will talk about the first of the three, Breathing. As stated in the opening statement, we know what happens when we stop breathing, therefore, we won't be-labor the point. But I would encourage you to take the breathing test to check your specific breathing pattern. To do so, go to page 13 of my
e-book.
If you have not downloaded a copy of my e-book "Meditation, Your Brain & You",
click the e-book title. On page 13, you will see a simple 2-minutet test that will show
how you breathe.
Meditation is the only non-invasive tool that allows you to correct, if needed, your breathing patterns. On my website, http://www.foundation-of-meditation-power-personal-awareness.com, you will read testimonials from a couple of my students, who after practicing two (2) sessions of meditation were breathing better. As a result, they were able to function with less medication.
Keep in mind we, perhaps unconsciously, do a number of things that restrict the free-flowing of the breath. Here are a few:
can be breading ground for dis-ease in the body.

Keep in mind we, perhaps unconsciously, do a number of things that restrict the free-flowing of the breath. Here are a few:
- Tight waistbands & collars
- When you tighten the abdomen to flatten the belly
- Poor posture
- Stress
- Tension
- Fear
- Anger
- Grief
can be breading ground for dis-ease in the body.
Think about correct breathing this way:
"Breathing is an impressive process that began its
inception on day one. It began the moment
we were born. And guess what? It does
not need conscious direction from us.
The body knows exactly what to do to
heal itself, and it all begins with the
breath - that is CORRECT breathing!"
Wishing You Correct Breathing,
